This Christmas, Hotel Brighton has created a traditional Christmas Pudding for you to enjoy this Holiday Season. Created by our world-renowned Pastry Chef Satya Ramaingamand and Head Chef Warena Smith. This 1963 French recipe is the perfect way to finish off your festive feast – a moist steamed Christmas pudding filled with sweet fruit and a hint of liquor.

Heating instructions
This pudding comes steamed and requires heating for 4 minutes in the microwave. We recommend flambé with brandy and served with vanilla ice cream and custard.

Ingredients

currants, sultanas, orange, mixed citrus peel, apple, carrot, ground almond, ground ginger, prunes, whiskey, gin, rum, brandy, brown sugar, flour, milk, egg, salt

Can be stored up to 30 days in the fridge.
